We're here to help your team capture every detail.

By default, all data is stored locally on your device. Surveys, photos, voice memos, floor plans, and templates remain private and only on your phone or tablet unless you choose to enable cloud sync.
Open the Settings tab and tap "Connect" next to either Dropbox or Google Drive. You'll be sent to that service to authorize access. You can also pick a custom folder anywhere in your cloud storage as the sync destination.
Yes. Site Survey is local-first — you can do an entire site visit with no internet connection. Sync to the cloud whenever you're back online.
Open Settings → Company Branding and add your company name, contact email, phone, and optional logo. These appear on every PDF report you export.
Open any survey, tap the menu, and choose "Save as Template." When you create a new survey, you can apply any saved template as the starting point. Templates do not include photos.
Yes. From the survey detail screen, tap the export button and choose "Share Photos Only PDF." You can also pick the photo size to control file size.
In the floor plan editor, use the Calibrate tool to draw a line on a known reference object (a credit card, door, dollar bill, etc.) and tell the app its real size. After calibrating, the Measure tool will report real-world distances based on that scale.
Camera and photo library (for capturing venue photos), microphone (for voice memos), and location (optional, used only for tagging photos and addresses). All permissions are requested in context — no permission is required to use the app.
Open the survey, tap the menu in the top right, and choose Delete. You can also archive surveys to hide them from the main list without deleting them.
Yes. The app adapts to phone, tablet, and desktop sizes automatically — projects display in 1, 2, or 3 columns depending on your screen, and forms stay readable at any width.
We don't collect personal data. Your surveys, photos, and recordings stay on your device unless you connect a cloud sync service of your choice. Cloud sync uses your own Dropbox or Google Drive account — we never see your files.
