Questions we get a lot.

Does it work offline at the venue?

Yes. The app is local-first — capture everything on-site without a connection, and it syncs the moment you have wifi or cell again.

Can I share a survey with a crew chief who doesn't have an account?

You can export a PDF anytime and email it. For live collaboration, invite them as a Viewer (free for now) and they'll see the survey read-only on their phone.

Will my photos be lost if I switch phones?

No. Once you sign in, every photo, annotation, and voice memo is backed up to your account and re-downloads automatically on any device you sign into.

What dispatch systems do you integrate with?

We expose a generic two-way API any dispatch system can talk to — push surveys out, get crew calls / vendors / vehicles / confirmed equipment back. If you're a dispatch vendor and want to integrate, get in touch.

Is there an iPad version?

Yes — the same app, just laid out for the bigger screen. Tablets show projects in a 2-column grid; desktop shows 3.

Is there a free plan?
